Janis Tam is currently the Managing Director of Swire Resources Limited, a subsidiary under the Trading & Industrial Division of Swire Pacific Ltd. The Company focuses on brand building, distribution and retailing of international sports, outdoor, footwear and contemporary lifestyle brands with over 200 stores in Hong Kong, Macau and China. Brands under the management of Swire Resources include Marathon Sports, GigaSports, Catalog, Go Wild, Columbia, Crocs, Chevignon, Rockport, Speedo, Arena, Aldo, Cath Kidston, Havaianas, Teva, Ugg, Repetto, The Kooples, etc. The Company also acts as the franchise retailer for Nike, Adidas, New Balance, Puma, Converse and Onitsuka Tiger. 

As Managing Director, Janis leads the strategic development and overall management of Swire Resources. She is instrumental in creating and building the sports portfolio with each concept uniquely positioned to fulfill a wide spectrum of consumer needs ranging from hardcore performance, casual athleisure to fashion sports.
